Meet T&M:

Clinton Parker

Senior Project Engineer

Meet Clinton Parker

Clinton isn’t the kind of engineer who’s satisfied just following blueprints, he’s driven by curiosity. Whether he’s problem-solving on a job site or tinkering with BattleBots in his free time, Clinton has a natural instinct to take things apart, figure out how they work, and rebuild them better.

It’s this blend of technical skill and creative experimentation that makes him stand out. Not only as an engineer, but as someone who genuinely enjoys the challenge of turning complex problems into practical solutions.

Q: What excites you most about your role at T&M?

Clinton: “Every project is a chance to build something lasting and impactful. I take pride in helping clients not only meet their goals, but see opportunities they may have overlooked.”

Q: T&M is known for its collaborative approach. How do you see that play out in your work?

Clinton: “Success comes from working side-by-side with clients and building trust. We don’t just hand off a design and walk away—we stay engaged throughout the process to make sure what we deliver works in the real world.”

Q: What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Clinton: “I like to spend time with my family and friends. When I’m not with them, I’m usually working on projects at home — whether that’s home improvement, robotics, or 3D printing.”

Q: How do your personal interests connect with your work as an engineer?

Clinton: “I’ve always been fascinated by robotics, especially BattleBots. It’s the perfect mix of creativity, engineering, and problem-solving. In many ways, it reflects how we approach projects at T&M—design, test, refine, and build for performance.”

Q: What’s one thing you hope clients take away when working with you and the T&M team?

Clinton: “That we’re invested in their success. Engineering is about curiosity—finding solutions where others see roadblocks—and that’s the mindset we bring to every project.”

Closing Note

Clinton’s perspective shows how T&M’s strength lies in the people who make our work possible — engineers dedicated to curiosity, collaboration, and lasting impact.
