Meet T&M:

Every project starts with an idea, but turning that idea into reality takes creativity, experience, and problem-solving. As a Senior Designer at T&M Design, Chad helps lead the company’s design efforts and has been part of the team for more than 12 years. He enjoys taking on projects that challenge him. 

Whether it’s a Greenfield project or another complex challenge, he enjoys finding practical solutions and helping move projects forward. 

“I pretty much enjoy any project. The more difficult it is, the better.” 

Chad’s interest in engineering began in high school after taking a drafting class. That experience sparked an interest in design and eventually led him to a career in industrial design. 

Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially outdoors. Whether it’s hunting in eastern Oregon or heading out on another adventure, he values the opportunity to spend time with the people closest to him. 

When he’s not outside, Chad enjoys 3D printing. What started as a way to pick up a new hobby has turned into a creative outlet where he enjoys printing all kinds of things, especially dragons. Depending on the design, a single print can take anywhere from one day to a full week to complete. 

Chad also enjoys traveling. One of his favorite vacations was renting a sailboat and sailing through the British Virgin Islands with his family.
